• Successful Completion of the EWA: Pass the Copper, Fibre, or combined Copper and Fibre assessment.

Experienced Worker Assessment (EWA) Overview

• Copper Pathway (2-hour max): Focuses on UTP/FTP cabling.
• Fibre Pathway (5-hour max): Covers fibre optic installation and splicing.
• Copper and Fibre Pathway (7-hour max): Combines both for the full Gold Card.
