3. Course and Assessment Day Purchases; Payment Terms

All purchases made through the Website are subject to the following terms:

• Immediate Access to eLearning: Upon successful payment, you will be granted immediate access to any eLearning services you have purchased.
• Assessment Day Bookings: Bookings for experienced worker assessment days are confirmed upon successful payment.
• Secure Payments: All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Billing: You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information and authorise us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order.

4. Rescheduling and Refund Policy

a) eLearning Courses

Due to the digital nature of our courses, once access to the course is granted, you are not eligible for a refund. By purchasing a course, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Waiver of Cooling-Off Period: You waive your statutory right to a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 once access to the digital course content is provided.
• Course Completion Period: All online courses must be completed within 18 months of enrollment. No refunds will be provided if the course has not been completed within this 18-month period. Access to course materials will expire after 18 months from the date of enrollment.

b) Experienced Worker Assessment Days

No Refunds Policy: Due to the significant costs involved in arranging assessment days, including assessor travel, accommodation, pre-ordered equipment, and centre resources, we do not offer refunds for experienced worker assessment bookings under any circumstances.

• Rescheduling Option: Bookings may be rescheduled to an alternative date, provided that notice is given at least 14 calendar days before the scheduled assessment date.
• No Rescheduling Within 14 Days: Requests to reschedule received less than 14 days before the assessment date cannot be accommodated due to committed staffing and resource costs.
• How to Reschedule: To reschedule your assessment booking, please email 01423 740006 with your booking details and preferred alternative dates.
• Rescheduling Limitations: Rescheduling is subject to availability and may only be permitted once per booking. Additional rescheduling requests may incur extra charges.
